How to use Legal Case Manager:
1. Set-Up and Add Name of Client and Case Details one at a time:
(a) For Desktop, click "Add Case" it's located at the left Side Dashboard.
(b) For mobile phone, Click "+ Sign" add button, it is located at the right side Bottom.
- Enter all details needed for each case and name of your client, the next hearing date, or Status (Remarks) of the case at designated box.
- Finally, Click "Save Case" button.
2. You can view each case or name of client. You will see at the bottom (for mobile phone), or at the left side (for desktop) of your dashboard the following:
Dashboard (Home):
- It shows the general view of your total cases, clients, and upcoming hearings.
Cases:
- It shows all your listed cases. Click a Case to see all details / Status of the case.
Clients:
- It shows all your clients. Click a name to see all details of the client.
- It has a button to directly email your client via Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Settings:
- You can load "demo cases" for testing.
- For Paid Plan: You will be able to "Download" all your data (cases & clients info) and transfer it to another computer. (For Premium Plan)
- If you click "Restore from JSON" button it will upload your (compatible) saved json file; the dashboard will then read that file and display its data on its dashboard.
Add Case:
- It lets you add "New Case". Enter all details and click Save Case.
(To edit each case or client, simply go to Cases/Clients button. Click the desired case/client and you will see below the "edit case" button. Enter all desired data you want to edit and click "Update Case").
NOTE:
We do not collect any of your data.
Data are stored locally on the very same browser you used.
Always backup and save your data and information.
