DATA SOVEREIGNTY & PRIVACY NOTICE
Your Data. Your Browser. Your Control.
We believe that a lawyer's case data should never be "rented" from a software provider.
To ensure the highest level of privacy and to eliminate the risk of server-side data breaches, we have built with a "Local-First" architecture.
How Your Information is Handled
Unlike traditional cloud platforms that store your sensitive client information on their corporate servers, We do not collect, store, or see your data.
Your Responsibilities for Ethical Data Management
Because we give you 100% control, it also gives you 100% responsibility.
To maintain your ethical obligations for data preservation, please follow these "Best Practices":
We chose this model to provide solo practitioners and small firms with a zero-risk privacy environment.
By removing the "Middle Man" (the server), we ensure that your attorney-client privilege is protected by the most secure vault possible: your own device.

How Your Information is Handled
Unlike traditional cloud platforms that store your sensitive client information on their corporate servers, We do not collect, store, or see your data.
- Local Storage: All information you enter—case numbers, client contacts, and hearing dates—is stored momentarily and exclusively within your own web browser's local storage.
- No Cloud Transmission: Because your data is not transmitted to our servers, it cannot be intercepted in transit or accessed by third parties through a server breach.
- For Premium Plan Holder Safeguard: There will be a "Download JSON" feature. This allows you to export your entire practice database into a single, portable file. This keeps you your data stored on your computer or Smart Phone.
Your Responsibilities for Ethical Data Management
Because we give you 100% control, it also gives you 100% responsibility.
To maintain your ethical obligations for data preservation, please follow these "Best Practices":
- Manual Backups: You MUST use the Download JSON button frequently (we recommend at the end of every working session). This file is your "Master Record." (This is available on "Paid Plan" click here to apply...)
- Data Persistence: If you clear your browser's "Cache" or "Site Data," or if your device is lost or damaged, the data stored in the browser will be deleted. Always keep your downloaded JSON file in a secure backup location (such as an encrypted external drive or your firm’s private cloud).
- Device Security: Since your data resides in your browser, ensure your laptop or mobile device is password-protected and never left unattended in public spaces.
